Amongst the stunning surroundings of the beautiful Barcelo Sevilla Renacimiento Hotel, in the heart of Andalusia, industry experts in e-commerce Payments, Risk Management, and Compliance exchanged best practices and considered the future of the digital landscape.
Being a registered Payment Facilitator and Payment Service Provider focusing on high- and mid-risk e-commerce merchants, our team finds it necessary to stay up-to-date with trends and challenges that participants in the value chain experience. The introduction of new technologies to tackle everyday fraud and sophisticated methodologies to improve acceptance rates and boost customer satisfaction are all essential drivers of today’s e-commerce.
MRC’s primary value is that it brings together online merchants, payment service providers, credit card associations and software providers. The extensive networking helps strengthen existing relationships and open the doors to new opportunities for doing business, collaborating or simply sharing ideas on how to improve internal operations these details.
CommerceGate’s Risk Team profited from getting to know the latest in machine learning, behaviour analysis, fraud detection and chargeback handling. We met with peers, clients, and friends. Attending the event has given us the chance to see things from the merchant’s perspective, and it’s been an enjoyable experience.
